Tricompartmental Osteoarthritis | Pathologies

Osteoarthritis is among the most common of joint disorders, and is characterised by joint pain due to wear and tear of the joint. The cause is multifactorial, including aging, genetic predisposition, previous injury or idiopathic.

The conjugal articular cartilage breaks down, causing excessive friction in the joint. This leads to progressive pain, swelling and stiffness.
